The room can bit upgraded..very old fixtures and curtains..very outdated..the staff was pleasant..especially when i arrived at night and a security guy named Seitu helped and directed me which was nice.

The room was clean. I had a problem with the heating system and they put us in another room. Staff was friendly. The restaurant was amazing. Made to order. The lounge was good. Had karaoke Saturday night, all were friendly.

It was so cold in the room as if the balcony was open all night it was not sealed correctly heat wouldn’t stay on. Representative didn’t discuss parking with me and charged me for parking when I didn’t drive?!

The receptionist Omar greeted me with a smile and joking personality. My room was clean. The food was good and I really enjoyed karaoke that was held in the lounge area.
