Room was cool but fire alarm went off at 2am had to evacuate from 26th floor. Went down 9 Flights to call front desk anf they say you don’t have to leave your room and it happened all the time

This is my 3rd time staying at flagship and I absolutely love their hospitality. And the 1bedroom suites. It’s awesome. The curtains are always damaged and the restaurant never has enough workers and the ones that they do have, are slow as HELL!! But overall, I love the flagship. Thanks flagship

I have been bringing my granddaughter here since she was 2. Flagship is very clean. Staff friendly and courteous. Kesley and Kim’s restaurant fabulous food and service. Indoor pool maintained and clean. They have a little arcade . Sixety Cafe has Karaoke Saturday and fun arts and crafts throughout the day for kids. My granddaughter is 7 and I will continue to bring her in fall and winter mini vacations.
