I have been bringing my granddaughter here since she was 2. Flagship is very clean. Staff friendly and courteous. Kesley and Kim’s restaurant fabulous food and service. Indoor pool maintained and clean. They have a little arcade . Sixety Cafe has Karaoke Saturday and fun arts and crafts throughout the day for kids. My granddaughter is 7 and I will continue to bring her in fall and winter mini vacations.

Atlantic City seems quite depressed, most especially a couple of blocks off the boardwalk. Hard Rick is great. Loved the hotel's 22 floor view. Good gym and pool (if somewhat dated). Comfy beds. Great checkin staff.

For the first time, it is very difficult to evaluate a hotel. For us personally, everything was fine, they settled in quickly, they gave a room on the 30th floor with a beautiful view of the bay and the city, the room had everything you needed.

It would be helpful if staff shared how best to work elevators and how to best access the indoor parking garage during check in. It would also be helpful if the hotel clearly labeled directions for exiting garage at each level.
