Everything was great, the twenties was outstanding the vue was super. The bar service was excellent. The only thing that we could not understand was the parking. It says that if you sent over 50 dollars at the vue your parking is free well we sent way over the 50 dollars and was told because we stayed there we don't get that offer and we are paying to stay there

This is an Atlantic City Gem. This is a very good deal in Atlantic City the staff are wonderful and very helpful too. The rooms are always clean and the roof top Vue bar is excellent! I always enjoy my stay here

Horrible, Dirty, Unsafe, and rude front desk staff. There were homeless people sleeping at the entrance, No valet, urine smell at the main entrance, puddles of urine in the parking lot near the hotel elevator entrance. Dirty and outdated elevators and rooms. The linens were soiled. The room was dark with a dingy yellow light, torn curtains and lamp shades. Simply DISGUSTING!!! It smelled like mold, smoke, and must. No security and the front desk person seemed quite annoyed to be there, told me there was only 1 room available in the 24 story hotel. Ended up leaving and not staying there. This facility has gone down hill and do not recommend staying here, especially if you go with children. Anyone could just walk in, take the elevators and roam the hallways and stairwells.

Great Spot

Perfect spot for our firat stay in Atlantic City. One block from the boardwalk and beach, beautiful vintage photos, connected to a dispensary, and a rooftop bar with extremely geeat staff with happy hour specials!

I was stuck on the elevator for more than 45 minutes. Then was on the 20thfloor. I walked in the room and walked right out. This is unexceptionable. I need a full refund.

In our first room the commode was running continually. I told the bellhop as we entered the room that I could hear it and he said someone would be up to address it. I washed my hands in the sink and the water wouldn't drain but the deciding factor the next morning to change rooms was the fact that we had a handicapped access room for my husband and the shower had no liner in it and a shower curtain that was too short so all the water from the showers we took ran out the bottom of the shower across the floor of the bathroom where my husband and his walker could have slipped and fallen at any time. They switched our room and made me move my luggage by myself only to find out that this room that was also supposed to be handicapped accessible had a bathtub which he couldnt use. At this point the front desk clerk said that I could change again and I could go up to see if there was a shower stall versus a tub myself because she could not. We finally got a room that had a regular shower stall albeit not handicap equipped. Room decor was outdated but the restaurant was nice and served a nice breakfast.
