Tub was cheaply fixed, shower curtains do not look changed as it has stains, the water is off. When showering it leaves you skin oily or as if the soap did not properly rinse off. Water needs to be tested. I use water bottles to brush and rinse.

Well first, the front desk receptionist was rude. just handed me my key card with no words. Once i got to my room, the connections on 1 side of the bed didn’t work, neither did the light. The phone didn’t work either. I told him about the problem and he explained it was motion censored? i explained that the connections weren’t working and he looked at me like i was incompetent. He said he would be there later to check it out. i asked him when and he said when i’m done finishing this and just looked away but i continued to wait there and he kept telling me he would be up there in a minute. He finally followed me to my room and i showed him the problem with the outlets and he tried blaming my charger and then i even showed him the light didn’t turn on. He then GRABBED my charger along with my phone without asking and tried it out on the wall then plugged it back into the outlet connected to the bed and it worked for a split second because of the energy it still had from the other outlet and he told me it worked. it stopped charging and i told him it didn’t and he gave me an annoyed look and walked out while saying to meet him in the lobby for a new room. met him down there, got my new room and it seemed fine until the shower. there was a huge cockroach above the shower head. i was already tired so i just killed it and cleaned up. There were various bugs in my room but i was too exhausted to care atp. never again, and for a $100 deposit is insane. i’d expect better quality. 0/10
