Even though it's a low budget motel the staff is great and I've always had clean rooms and linens. I'm in Austin twice a year, if not more, and I always stay here

DONT STAY HERE!!!

The room was non smoking but smelled horribly of stale smoke and mildew/mold. There was not refrigerator to keep our food and drinks cold. The toilet seat was old and beat up. The neighbors were being very suspicious. I do not recommend staying here!

Very good

Very affordable, clean, and mostly comfortable. Only downside was the bed in room 160 felt like it was broken since it tipped to one side, making it a little uncomfortable. Overall very good for the price.
