I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Studio 6 location.
During my stay, my original room flooded, and a free night was approved as service recovery.
And I had to inquire about it. The hotel did not extend this to me.
After checkout, however, part of my refund was withheld for “stained towels.” I have stayed in many hotels, including higher-end properties, and have never once had a deposit reduced for towel or linen use.
This room included a kitchenette with dishes but no dish soap or sponge, making towel use foreseeable. Despite this, a discretionary charge appeared after checkout.

What made the situation worse was the lack of follow-up. The staff stated that the hotel manager would call me back and never did. I reached out to corporate guest relations and have not received a response.
This experience felt like a claw-back of a service recovery rather than fair resolution. Between the flooding, post-checkout charges, and lack of accountability, I would not recommend this location.
