Built around a 200 year old heritage oak tree this custom built "tree house" is in the heart of downtown Austin. The first floor of the rental includes a luxurious bedroom/bath, fully stocked kitchen, laundry/office room (with a queen blowup mattress if needed) and a living room with large windows and plenty of light. The second floor has a second bedroom and full bath. The main living area includes an open floor plan with living, dining, and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with all your needs including Wolf and Sub-zero appliances. The living room looks out onto a beautiful outdoor seating area . The entire house is professionally design and furnished. All this in heart of downtown Austin, walking distance to movie theaters and restaurants, and within one mile of major attractions like Barton Spring, Zilker Park, and Lady Bird Lake. If you are coming in for ACL music festival you are walking distance to the show.
