Apparently they do not recycle in Baltimore. The room was triangular shaped and there was no light where the closet was so we couldn’t see in that area of the room. The bed was not facing the TV which was on the dresser in front of the window, not mounted on the wall. There were very few amenities, no shower gel, just shampoo, conditioner and a tiny bar of soap. We were only there for 2 days or I would have asked to move. Housekeeping did not come to make up the room while we were out all day into the night. The guest elevators were all out of order upon checkout and all guests had to take the freight elevator down to the lobby to exit the building. The room was dated and a very awkward layout. Overall, I was very disappointed in this establishment.

The hotel is outdated. The desk staff were rude, but housekeeping team were pleasant. Our AC went out on a 90 degree day and after FOUR total attempts to have someone either look at it or bring us a fan, no one showed up. The beds are already uncomfortable but made significantly worse when the room is too hot to sleep in.

A 50th wedding anniversary trip, particularly to take in a Tigers v Orioles game. Location was great, easy walk to Camden Yards. Not initially assigned a harbor view room as reserved, irritating as I had reminded the front desk staff when calling in about our later than anticipated arrival and was assured we had one. Staff did work to correct this, but it created a check-in delay after a long road trip. Venus, a trainee, was diligent, and Jen did give us some tips re restaurants. Our best info came from the valet staff, who overall were the most helpful. The room had a nice view, comfortable bed, plenty of drawer and closet space, a fridge and Keurig coffeemaker; could use more hooks in the bathroom and a heavier blanket. The rooftop pool was very nice, and the bar/grill staff friendly - Justin and Juaquin very good; we enjoyed a delicious burger and a crab cake sandwich. We did not eat in the hotel restaurants. To cloud what was an otherwise fun and memorable trip, we experienced obstacles exiting the parking structure at the end of our stay. After being assured that we would have no issues leaving the parking garage, we were met with an incompetent ,obstinate parking booth attendant who refused to accept our prepaid parking pass provided by the hotel. A simple call to the desk to verify our payment would have sufficed; we ended up with a 30" delay preceding another long day on the road. The valet attendant and parking manager were very helpful.
