No Bell Hop. No luggage carts. Only one restaurant that sucks. Dripping noise all night in our room. No maid service. Room service until 10pm and food is awful. The pitiful excuse for a hotel market had no beverage options and stale products. Stay elsewhere

Property seemed understaffed or just poor service. No bellhop, 25 minutes to get valet (just cancelled and caught uber), toilet leaking badly, water takes ten minutes to get hot, housekeeping a no-show on day one. Overall, a clean room and hotel but no service anywhere. Feels like a great 3 star!

I always look for a Kimpton anytime I travel for the past 20 years. Unfortunately, this stay was different. The staff at the door did not help me get transportation to airport, I had to go to Marriott for help. The happy hour was sad.... wine in a plastic container at desk... it was like a ghost town. The pillows were all feather (I am allergic) 45 minutes to get new ones from a guy in a scary hoodie.. The TV did not work. If it was a family visit,, I would have switched hotels.

Was a great experience overall, room acoustics were good, quiet for the city, and bedding was excellent, but tv is outdated and the shower design is odd, to turn it on it blasts you with cold water and sprays water everywhere, it needs to be cleaned so the water shoots straight.
