We liked the renovated room. The pool and sauna and hot tub were lovely. The exercise room needs a bigger space and not directly open to pool area, it was crazy hot. The location is great for downtown shopping and also to the river walking trail.

Very nice hotel stay with my two sons for a short ski vacation. The Bank Park Lodge is good for families. It is really well situated and the upgraded rooms are really nice. the staff was super friendly and helpful about getting around. I have stayed here before. Its great value and a nice well located hotel for staying in the town of Banff.
