The Loudest Place I have Ever Stayed

Outside from the alley and businesses and inside from the hall where staff and guests the noise was neverending! Not one second of quiet and peace was had. When i walked into the $500 a night room and saw ear plugs i figured that's what I was in for. I would expect a bit better for that price. I tend to like to get some sleep when I book a hotel. This was the one splurge night of our trip and it was the biggest disappointment. My $99 night room the night prior far surpasses my comfort in compairson.

Brewster is a great hotel that truly cares about their customers and wants to make the banff experience a good one! The standard room is small but cozy, and I love how the windows open to let in some of that alpine air. we were able to do so much given proximity to the shops and restaurants. Parking is on site, and though additional, was well worth it. Definitely recommend going with Brewster if you want to be in the center of Banff!!

Very mixed feelings about the property. On the plus sides, its clean, the staff was great and its right in the middle of town. On the negative sides, the wifi was terrible, the breakfast bad as well and depending on the room it could be super loud. The first night we had a room that was so loud they had supplied ear plugs in the room. The second night we moved to a room with an inner courtyard which was amazing. If you need good wifi, dont stay here. In addition the breakfast nook as they call it was a room off the basement parking lot. Very weird to get there. It was really bad.

The hotel was very nice in a great location. The view was of a wall, so make sure you get a view if you want one. It didn't really matter to us, since we were out and about most of the time.

This was the absolutely most perfect place for us to spend our time in Banff. The property is centrally located in downtown. The breakfast is much more than continental, was delicious with great variety, and the staff was amazing. Jack at the front desk was also amazingly helpful and kind. Thanks for being a great place for us to enjoy our time.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The properties is quaint and cozy, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The best part is the location. It's close to everything you want in Banff! We parked in the underground garage. It's a bit tight to maneuver a vehicle down there if you're used to larger parking garages in the States, but it's doable and was wonderful to have parking at the property.
