We loved the front desk staff, very helpful and friendly! The breakfast location was very disappointing in the parking garage. Also we were driving a full size one ton truck and it was too high to fit in the underground parking. Staff helped find free alternative parking a block away. Overall we loved the location in the middle of the downtown core. Thanks love to come back!

It's located in the heart of Banff, it's very convenient to move around town and catch transit to get to where you need. The room is clean as well as the bathroom. Breakfast is complementary and convenient when you're short on time.

Nice surprise!

I wasn’t sure what to expect about Banff or the Brewster Mountain Lodge. From the beginning, the customer service was outstanding. I had several questions and they were super responsive via email and very friendly and helpful. Banff is a beautiful town and staying at the Brewster puts you right smack dab in the middle of everything! You walk out the door and you have so many options whichever direction you decide to go. So location is perfect. Every person we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Hannah at the front desk was exceptionally gracious. We got a room with a balcony, which I highly recommend. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was included and was such a nice surprise. I figured when they mentioned continental breakfast was included. I pictured the American version - coffee and some dried up danishes. I was surprised to see that they had so many offerings from eggs to fruit to danishes to oatmeal, yogurt, etc.. It was very substantial! I highly recommend a trip to Banff and the Brewster Mountain Lodge. I will definitely go back.

I loved how accessible everything is from here! The secured parking was so convenient. Though having a truck, the underground parking is a bit tight but that’s not a huge issue.
