The staff was excellent! Only 3 areas of concern: The lighting in the room and bathroom was really inadequate! Especially the bathroom (decor lovely). Could use a soap holder! No instructions on how to use room thermostat! "Houseman" came and informed us we had to DEPRESS button to regulate. No instructions or placard. No instructions or placard on how to use Nespresso coffee maker! Took 2 days to finally get instructions from "houseman" for directions! Was told we could park behind lodge but not told we could use back gate (which said NO ENTRY) until we asked and was finally told we could use our droom key to access! The breakfasts were great...as was the staff.Need to update photos of rooms as thought we would be getting a Keurig coffee maker! Told the Nespresso had been added about 3 months ago.Also, the wall unit (that had controls inoperative) blasted COLD air constantly! Not sure why! It's a lovely place but disappointed in these issues. Again,the staff was wonderful!

Excellent trip to this hotel! First time here and will be back! Spacious rooms, clean hallways, rooms and breakfast area. Hot tubs and cold plunge all clean and maintained well! Indoor parking convenient and little coffee/bar bistro was great too!

The staff was helpful and available for any question or need we had. The only complaint I had was there was a highschool group staying so they overtook everything, outdoor hot tubs, lounge, breakfast area. So it was difficult to enjoy the amenities Other than that- yes stay here!

Nice vibe

Nice hotel a 15 minute walk to downtown. There is a bus though which we used a couple of times. Decor was lovely both in our room and throughout the hotel. We had a coffee maker and a jug which was great. The bathroom was nice and there was plenty of hot water. The toiletries were also very nice. We weren’t being picked up until the afternoon so we were given a late check out which was very considerate. Breakfast was plentiful and good though it was the same for all three mornings of our stay.

We had a fantastic trip and stay here for two nights. Really clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities on site including the hot tubs and sauna. The underground parking was heated and really convenient. The staff were always really accommodating and easy to find. Would definitely stop again!

We enjoyed the s’mores and the board games that were available. The hotel was modern and clean. This was my second time staying. The hot tubs were extremely packed at all times this time which made it a bit uncomfortable but everyone was nice of course.
