This is the 2nd time we stayed at this resort. We enjoyed how clean it was the first time, so we went back. It was a different story this time around. Hair all over the bathroom floor, the carpet looked like it hasn't been vacuumed for a while, etc.

Room is nice and clean, but there is this distinctive smell that we have to constantly spray the room with the air fresher. Lucky we always carry one in our luggage. Bathroom is nice and updated except for the towels that I think look very old and worn out, time to throw away and change to new towels. But overall our stay is good.

This was our first stay at Tunnel Mountain and the photos gave the impression that the suites were clean as shown but when we arrived the suite we stayed at had a terrible smell that was only relieved when we aired out the suite by opening all the windows and doors. We also had to buy candles and air freshener to make it bearable. We were only there one night so we just dealt with it. The washroom could use more dusting and the tables needed to be wiped. Overall it’s not the cleanest suite but the location and staff were great.

We had a pleasant stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort. It is a good value for Banff. We slept well and enjoyed the spectacular views right outside our door. We noticed that the kitchen and bathrooms could have been cleaner (e.g., food crumbs on floor and redness in shower). The sauna was clean and pleasant.
