Very quiet setting, among pines. Parking in Banff very expensive, but hotel provided a free bus pass and the bus stop is right outside the resort.

The room was clean and staff was very friendly! The cabin was a bit tight for 5 adults, but we made it work. It was overall a great place to stay and very convenient to downtown Banff.

This is a beautiful property with every thing you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable-even wood for the fireplace. The room seems private and secluded even though there are several rooms and condos in the area. A local bus even stops in front of the complex to take people to town. We loved our stay

The property was close to town. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bus passes provided for our stay to get downtown. We stayed 6 nights in studio unit which was underground.We heard so much loud noise from the units above. Heard furniture dragging across the floors and what sounded like bowling balls dropping from the units above. No air conditioning in our unit just a fan. Limited dishes and silverware. Above ground unit probably much better.

Loved our cabin next to the office . We had a nice cabin for 2-6 persons. 2 beds upstairs & 1 bedroom downstairs. Kitchen was adequate. It served our needs & we would stay there again. I do wish it had a hot tub for adults. I am grateful to be able to check out bear spray ! Very convenient !

For the price it was not what we were expecting. We were literally in a basement. Too expensive. Workers were nice and great but did not enjoy the basement for the price we paid.

We have a lovely friendly welcoming from a fellow kiwi which was so nice and we also got an unexpected bottle of wine for my 50th birthday..the free shuttle was great into Banff.. we did find the rooms were very tired and need to be undated modernised and were really dark.
