Safe? Not at all because anybody can enter to the room without checking points. Property conditions? Very poor at the old building, old does not mean nasty and dirty, so if housekeepers do their jobs it will last the hotel rooms in years. Staff? Only one lady that was super nice and understanding.

Nice place and good value

Stayed six nights. A sound hotel in Nonthaburi next to the MRT and easy to travel to and from. Room comfortable. Very good gym and pool area. Good value breakfast. Room servicing was a bit wobbly! Towels removed but not replaced for example. Also time of servicing varied, nearly 5.00pm on one day. Reception tries to be helpful but could not grasp that one two day and one four day booking could be linked into a six day stay! Overall, a good hotel if you want to be in Nonthaburi and great value.

This is a good hotel however they are located in the outskirts of Bangkok city. But the good point is there is a metro station walking distance from this hotel which can be accessed to reach the city easily.

This hotel is opulent in every way. It is literally one block from the metro line. The lobby is clean, spacious, with comfortable seating. There is a dining area. A pool, a spa. The tooms are clean and inviting and are cleaned daily. They give you adequate towels and pillows. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Bad experience at Grand Richmond Hotel.

This hotel took my booking even though they know that the power will be out for the whole day, on my 3rd day of stay!! They said so themselves, that it was for a "Scheduled Annual Maintenance"!! How could they let me and my group check in without informing us?!?!?!? This is so sad that a hotel can resort to such tactics to get a few dollars!! So ridiculous of their management. We will NEVER EVER stay in this hotelbagain!!!!! So many other choices in Bangkok too!!!
