I liked the convenience of everything around the hotel but the room was terrible i had to call maintenance twice because all the taps were seized and the shower head fell off the wall so had to use the hand held shower head to wash. The sink taps were seized and the aicon wasn't working in tbe bedroom also the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Really disappointed for the money i paid.

This was the first time that I have stayed at the hotel for about 45 years. I actually stayed in the sky wing which I believe is the original part of the hotel. It is a little dated but well maintained with all modern facilities. I was wondering what happened to the pink flamingoes and pond that used to be in front off the hotel??

it was my 3rd time I stayed at the hotel, it is centralized, a lot to do, and to see, great food in the surrounded area, it is a great place to start a trip in Asia.

The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is clean and the reception is very helpful. However after many stays at the hotel in previous years, I was shocked to find out that the swimming pool is not heated any more. A big disappointment for me.
