Bathroom in the room is poorly designed. Every time we took shower, the whole bathroom was flooded. I called 2 days on the row for repairs of drainage. Never was repaired. Took 📸. Everything else - no complaints.

Hotel stay was great as always. Ambassador is right in the middle of all the night life on sukhumvit. Only drops 1 star because the AC was so loud. Also if your on the wring wing you can hear all the noise from outside till early hour's in the morning

I stayed there for over a week and really liked it. To be honest, it wasn't my first choice, but I booked it last minute because of its proximity to a facility I was visiting. Despite my initial hesitation, the hotel exceeded my expectations. First of all, it's much more affordable than other hotels in the area. I stayed in the new tower, which was clean and well maintained. Room service was excellent, and I was especially impressed by how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Every encounter was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to help. While there aren't many in-house dining options, the area is surrounded by restaurants, so I didn't really miss it. The location is also convenient, close to a subway station with easy access to taxis and rideshares. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable but good-quality option.
