Amazing view of the Chao Praya River

We had a lovely, spacious suite overlooking the river on the 26th floor. Watching river traffic day and night was mesmerizing. We never wanted to leave the room. Buffet breakfasts had ample selections of Thai and Western food and were very satisfying. Service was exemplary. Having the hotel shuttle available made it easier to get to the Sathorn station where we were able to get ferry service to the major temples. Definitely staying on the Chao Phraya River at the Chatrium was the best choice.

Great location

We loved the Chatrium. The room was large with a balcony. The bed was very comfy and the breakfast was amazing. It was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our 3 week journey. Pool was also very nice. We liked that they had the boat and that we could walk from the train station and to asiatique mall. I also left my iPad and the found it and had it delivered to another hotel for me. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Plus, the complimentary boat made travelling to IconSiam and the Grand Palace so easy. Very nice pool area and family friendly. Would highly recommend staying here!

It was a nice stay and the rooms are very spacious. While there was an odor in the room coming from the link or drainage, and cleanliness can be better. It was overall a really nice stay.

Great getaway weekend

A wonderful stay. Had a large room overlooking the river, very comfortable bed. Food at the terrace restaurant is excellent and staff are very helpful. Concierge booked a riverboat visit to a floating market. Mage a marvelous getaway weekend

The room was actually a suite with a large balcony. The service was outstanding. I observed that service standards have slipped at many of the 5 Star hotels in Thailand. Not the case with the Chatrium. Great room, service, and location. What more can you ask?

Some of the amenities in the room were a bit dated and dirty. Like slight mould on the shower area. Not a big deal. Rooms were big and spacious though and the breakfast selection was good.

I loved everything about this hotel. As soon as you arrived it smelled so clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A lot of places to eat around in case you don’t want to eat at the hotel. They also offer free ferry rides. The pool area is very nice beautiful view.
