A terrific stay!

The hotel was beautiful and everyone was so nice. The shuttle boat was great for getting us closer to major sites along the river.

Large room overlooking river. It was pretty big room. We did have a corner suite m, so might be why. Balcony and a good breakfast in morning with traditional and American food.

Beautiful place to stay. Private boat shuttle will take you to a central pier. You can take all forms of transportation from there. I really enjoyed my stay here. Wish I had stayed a few more nights.

Wonderful hotel with a great staff. Everything is impeccably maintained. An excellent breakfast provides a good start to the day. An easily available boat shuttle provides easy transportation to ferry and metro centre.

The room we had was nice but we have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Since our last visit the food has declined in standard. We had room service on the first evening, it took a long time to arrive and was cold. My husband had chicken and stated that it was tough. I had a burger which tasted sweet…As a result, we didn’t eat inside the hotel again. I had been led to believe that we were to get 20% off our food but this never happened. Another complaint I have is the limited television. There are few English channels and no ability to stream from my own devices. I did like the Chatrium app; it was useful on a number of occasions. I also think that the direct boat to Icon Siam could be more frequent. We left early because there was nowhere to eat; the cafe downstairs did not seem to be serving people.

First class property- love the boat access to the mall. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed in a very nicely appointed one bedroom suite. So nice that we came back a second time on our trip.

My husband and I loved our stay! Everyone there was so nice and helpful. The room was great with a gorgeous view from the balcony and a super comfortable bed! If we go back to Bangkok, we will definitely stay there again!

Nice 4 night stay with family.

This stay was a 4 night break in Bangkok for a family of four (2 teenagers). We thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end. Spacious, clean and comfortable 2-bedroom suite with a fantstic river view. There was an issue with the AC in one room being a bit too noisy, which I described in the arrival questionnaire - and it was fixed with impressive speed. We had breakfast (4 of 5 stars) and lounge access - plenty of canapees and a small selection of tasty drinks.
