The property is beautiful and the Thai people take pride in their great hospitality. There’s plenty of employees so the staff maintains the property very well. We laid over for a night on our way to Chiang Mae so I appreciate the 24hr complimentary shuttle. The breakfast buffet was so elaborate, I’ve never seen a breakfast buffet with so much variety. It was insane. The rooms are clean and modern.

More like a resort rather than a Courtyard. Area around is okay but more local and Thai residential. No problem with that but certainly not golf course views. Still a great property.

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay. We loved the local craft beer selection in the lobby bar, and that we could get a kids meal there. The staff were really friendly. We weren't keen on the room service menu but the burger restaurant did takeaway and the food from there was great. The hotel is very nice and modern, room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom.

Marriott can do better

This is the second time i come to this hotel as conveniently located. The hotel is understaffed, long wait at check in counter, very long wait for them to pick up the phone when you call them for a request. This is also the second time the taxi for the airport booked with them is late for customer pick up, they might want to find a better taxi provider in the future. So overall a nice hotel, one staff was very nice and helpful at the pool side, but bad general management and understaffed. Also with such nice terrace they should provide fans for each table ( there are only 1 large fan per terrasse ...).

amazing place near the airport

A very new facility, very convenient for early/late flights, very well maintained, good location also for walking around with a shopping mall and a food market very close by. Very good buffet dining. A bit costly, however very good value.
