Location is connected to many stores, restaurants, and a Lotus. Also next to subway line. Pool, sauna, and hot tub were excellent. Breakfast buffet was free and exceptional. I did see one cockaroach on the counter at the omelet station.

A lovely hotel just steps away from the Phra Ram 9 MRT subway station. Plenty of shopping, dining, and massage options all within easy walking distance. And the MRT subway makes it easy to reach most other areas of the city. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with good-sized rooms. Everybody I encountered from the staff was very nice and professional. The staff in the Executive Lounge were exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming environment. These staff include BB, Aki, May, Demi, and Nut.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, preferring this to the overly touristy Sukhumvit area. The hotel is modern and clean, with good-sized rooms. The MRT subway is just steps away from the hotel, giving easy and quick access to the rest of the city. The staff throughout the hotel were great, always providing service with a smile. In the Executive Lounge, Aki and May stood out for their professionalism and assistance.
