Love this hotel, fantastic staff, breakfast, and pool. Attached to the two train lines and the terminal 21 mall, the location could not be better. Rooms are beautiful and have great city views. I would stay here any time I come back to Bangkok.

The staff were very attentive & courteous. Our hotel room is very nice. Had the chance to workout in the gym & it had all the equipment you need to workout. The food in the restaurant was awesome!! A lot of selection of food. It’s great that’s it’s next to Terminal 21 & BTS. It was a perfect location for us while we were in Thailand for 10 days.

Very convenient, since it’s near the Asok BTS station and the Sukhumvit MRT station, and connected to the Terminal 21 mall with 2 food courts open from 10-10. The staff are all polite and the premises were cleanly, though our room had a bit of an odd smell. The smell cleared out pretty quickly once the staff came to help freshen up and open our window though

Room is big, comfortable beds, next to shopping mall and metro, nearby cafes, good hotel facilities. But the room lift lobby has a smoky smell in the air, like someone smoking in the room or aircon duct.

The hotel is connected to a mall giving easy access to shopping, grocery, pharmacy and food options. Breakfast at the Hotel was excellent there was a large selection and the quality of the food was excellent. The staff was kind and friendly and there services were excellent.
