This hotel was amazing, great location in the busy Sukhumvit area, connected to a shopping centre and the BTS (monorail). The hotel itself was beautiful, great pool and a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi in the changing rooms. Great place to have a massage too. The room was lovely, had a microwave and fridge. We got daily free snacks and soft drinks. Bed was so comfortable and I honestly cannot fault it. Really good choice for the breakfast buffet. So glad we stayed here and if I am lucky enough to return to Bangkok, I would stay here again. A touch of luxury in a vibrant, crazy and exciting city

Hotel is very convenient since it connects directly to Terminal 21, a big shopping mall with lots of food options. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Was not happy though that they did not count my 11 year old as a “Person” so although I booked the room for two people, I only got one non alcoholic drink voucher as a Expedia Platitum member. It’s supposed to be one voucher per person for the booking of two but since my daughter is 11, she wasn’t counted as a person in the room (although I do get charged extra for two). Same happened for breakfast voucher and I only got one although it was supposed to be for two. After long talk with hotel staff, they did remedy the situation next day. It was just one step I wish I didn’t have to go through. Nice amenities of in room beverages and snacks provided along with a coffee machine in lobby- all complimentary which is a nice touch.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and shopping areas. The atmosphere is lively, the rooms are clean, and the customer service is excellent.The only downside was that, despite being a VIP, I was often unable to get an upgrade to a higher floor or room category, which was a bit disappointing.

Very convenient to the train. Er did not have to walk on the street. The mall is connected to the hotel, has access to all of the restaurants from the hotel. Love our stay.

I’ve stayed at probably over ten properties in Bangkok so far and this one is my favorite for several reasons. The convenience of being right on the same platform as the MRT and BTS railway and also a direct access to Terminal 21 mall makes this place an easy choice. Especially when it’s raining, this saves you from getting drenched when you can take the green line to so many other places without having to step foot in the street. The rooms are so luxurious as well. The toilets have heated seats along with bidets. Electronic blinds and comfortable beds. Rooftop pool and gym along with Sauna and steam room make it a no brainer. If you have never been to Bangkok and you want to stay right in the middle of everything and have great accessibility then you have to stay here. Ps-definitely get the breakfast buffet because the selection is amazing and delicious!

Amazing hotel situated in middle of sukumvit. Great rail links both BTS and MRT on door step so easy to explore the city. Clean tidy hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right next to the BTS station and Terminal 21 mall. It's very convenient to travel to different parts of Bangkok or grab a bite/shop at any time in the day by going through the hotel lobby. The staff were all so pleasantly helpful and friendly throughout our stay and our rooms were spacious and clean! The breakfast was great too, with lots of food options and drinks.
