All aspects of the Hotel were spotlessly clean, in fact immaculate. The highlight was the friendliness of the staff - Thailand is known as the country of smiles but the Hilton staff exemplify this fact. The breakfast was varied and top quality and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The gym was very well equipped but the swimming pool although of decent length couldn’t really accommodate more than 2 swimmers at one time due to its narrow width. As a result of having to change rooms due to traffic noise we were relocated to a quieter part without any resistance or fuss. The Hilton Asoke is located in a very busy area of Bangkok so next time we will request a much quieter room. The rooms are clean, spacious with plenty of cupboard space with a nice comfortable Super King bed but as like most hotels we had to request extra clothes hangers but again did so without any fuss. The hotel also accommodated our request for early check-in which was appreciated after an early morning arrival. We also ate quite a few meals in the Inblu restaurant on the evening again with a varied menu and again the service was exceptional - a special mention for Benz and Ten who presented us with a Christmas Card which was very much appreciated. Overall a great hotel and more importantly great people - we loved it!
