While my stay was okay, I am very disappointed that the hotel would not refund my money after realizing I had mistakenly booked two reservations. I stayed for the one and asked for a refund for the mistake and they would not honor it. Very disappointed in the business operation and I am a loyal Hilton member.

Too expensive for experience we had

We paid extra for early check in and late check out but that was not communicated to our hotel by hotels.com, so check in was unpleasant but the kind receptionist let us in our room 30 minutes early. The tv remote didn’t work so we had to sleep with the tv on all night. The blinds also didn’t close all the way & the shower floor had mold.

Nice hotel in a great location

I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was great and the location is excellent. Breakfast is reasonably priced and good value. Two minor things: on most days it took a while to run the shower before getting hot water; on one day the water was scalding hot. And there was some construction that caused a lot of noise. They only had notices at the check in counter which I did not see until I was checking out. Otherwise I would have planned my days differently to avoid noise when I was trying to rest. But overall I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay there again if I come to Bangkok for vacation.
