Jasmine Grande residence which was advertised as a five-star property, but unfortunately, it fell short of that standard.
Our room was equipped with a bathtub that doubled as a shower. However, the water temperature during showers was inconsistent and could not be maintained. Despite lodging a complaint and having someone check the issue, it remained unresolved. Additionally, the shower design required us to stand in the bathtub, which caused water to spill everywhere, leaving the bathroom floor completely soaked—a safety hazard and highly inconvenient.
The amenities were decent, but the jacuzzi experience was underwhelming. We were required to call 10 minutes in advance to have it turned on, and more often than not, someone was already using it by the time we arrived. The jacuzzi was also very small, accommodating only one person comfortably.
The cleanliness of the toilets near the lobby and pool area was disappointing. Some doors couldn’t be locked, and the overall hygiene was subpar.
On a positive note, the breakfast experience was quite enjoyable. The variety offered was impressive, and the staff were attentive and proactive, which made this part of the stay pleasant.
Overall, while the hotel had some redeeming features, the issues with the room, cleanliness, and amenities left us dissatisfied. It did not meet the expectations of a five-star property and we feel the experience could have been much better with proper maintenance and management.
