Big hotel. Great views. Lots of services.

Big hotel by the river and the central pier. Very easy access to ferries and the Sky train. Lots of services and restaurants in the building. Great views of the city from the balconies particularly if you get a high floor.

The property is outdated. The staff is friendly the manager Tonya was an amazing human being that made our stay worth it. I think people go there for the restaurants not for the rooms. They are very outdated and smell. Our shower was not draining properly but staff handled it right away. The hospitals of the staff is sincerely heartwarming and can make up for the property’s condition.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. River view from the room and the sky bar were gorgeous. The facilities were great, sizable pool and gyms with various equipments.The door lock and light switches were a bit out dated. We were surprised to see a small roach in the room. The breakfast was beyond excellent though. I would come back for staff and the breakfast.
