I absolutely loved staying here!! The good was great, nice pool, within 30mins of everything (airport/malls) when traffic isn't horrible, and the staff were amazing! The junior suite was amazing and worth every penny. I will be staying there again when i return

I like this hotel, but it has some problems. The AC in my living room was perfect, but it was defective in my bedroom. I complained many times about this, electricians came to the room, and it never made any difference. The room also had a moldy smell in it due to the inadequate AC. A second problem was the steam room. Every day, I asked the staff to turn it on and make it hot, but every time i showed up to use it, the steam room was never hot, and I was told to wait an hour for it to heat up. That was ridiculously unprofessional. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet here is awesome. Amazing to get such a buffet for the price.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or services requested. The gum is the best hotel gym i have ever been in. Full size gym comparable to any gym membership

The hotel itself is a little dated but nice. They lack in-house transportation even though they advertise it. The dining options were good. Surprisingly there were no tour operators or options and the staff advised they did not have any options.

Some of the staff are really great. Others are just Ok. The rooms are old, bathrooms tiny and it’s not cleaned very well. There was cigar smell in the first room we were offered. The noise in the rooms next to and above us was loud.
