Excellent staff and airport transfer a real plus, the hotel is a little tired, and renovations are taking place, its clean and comfortable, the restaurant on site is really good, for overnight stops it was just the job, would use again

Free shuttle

The hotel offers free pick up shuttle at the airport, just go to exit 3 and look for the hotel name. Someone will call the shuttle for you. They also take you back to the airport. The property is ok to spend 1 or 2 nights. There’s nothing around the area. The Beds were like rocks, not comfortable at all. Staff is ok. The building is old because it has a cigarette smell.

I booked 2 beds as i requested but i got one bed in the old building like ghetto hotel. After 6 pm all Chinese work tour buses arrived and gave staffs staying there everyday with super mound noise and bathroom using the same time smell like pee from my bathroom. The security even worst only a doorknob not even have a deadbolt inside. I asked to change the room as I REQUESTED on Expedia the hotel staff give attitude. Unsatisfied and I safety place to stay. The rates doesn’t match as I was on reality. Not recommended and I REALLY WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS GHETTO HOTEL.

I tried this hotel to see how it was. Usually I use another hotel in the same area. The room is okay and so is the toilet- though it's a little low. The bed was decent-I had a king size bed but the mattress on one side was really used and should need to be change. The side I used was okay but nothing more. They have food in the hotel and also about 15 min walk to the Paseo mall area. I didn't walked around since it was raining but there are a 7-11 and other things nearby. Only like 10 minutes from the airport so good when you need to leave early or just want to be close before you leave.

Excellent value for money

Excellent service. Because my flight was before breakfast, the hotel prepared a packed breakfast for me. I did not ask for this, it was just part of the service. The hotel is next to many street markets and eating places.
