Once again the staff at this hotel are its greatest asset from top to bottom. An excellent renovation with brilliant new eateries enhances what was already a great hotel. there is no better hotel as a base for sightseeing, shopping and excellent restaurants. The RR & B steakhouse is world class

Hotel felt a bit tired. We had two rooms both on the prestige top few floors. One of the rooms was fine but the other smelt and felt damp - I raised this with house keeping and all they did was spray around the room. There didn’t seem to be any extraction fan for the shower. Breakfast is great - many many options. The location is good for access to the BTS and MRT - stations for both in walking distance. Traffic outside the hotel is horrendous at peak time so great to be able to use public transport.

The total experience with the most professional staff was and is always the greatest testimony to their attitudes to service. I would also like to compliment the Room Service at Landmark. Due to my required treatment at Bumrungrad Hospital and my physical limitations, i took advantage of their Room Service for meals. The food was outstanding in quality and was the best I have experienced in my last 25 years of travel. The cherry on top of this delicious food was the absolutely great service from the staff that brought and served it to the outstanding preparation of the Kitchen Staff.. There aren’t enough stars to properly rate this total outstanding service I received even in the trying circumstance I am enduring.. Thank you all, and God Bless.

When you’re on a good thing, stick to it

The hotel is in the process of a very good restoration, especially the new restaurants. The R&B is probably the best steakhouse in Bangkok. Now it has some good company. My only reservation is about the cleaning service by the maids. They don’t always clean all the glasses.
