Regular working staff was good and accommodating , but receptionist needs to get experience in customer service. Provides only a small piece of soap for the family. Tired of asking so just went and bought a bar. Not enough clean towels, had to wait. Poor towel service at the pool Decent complimentary breakfast

The coffee machine is at the bottom of the stairs, which are carpeted, hard to walk on, and pretty filthy from coffee spills all the way up. It seems all the rooms on the main floor have 2 beds, and the rooms upstairs are the one bed rooms. Having a slight handicap and being older, this proved difficult and there is no lift of any kind to take you or bags up.

Its a very busy place. Very small breakfast area. Also, gross food. Plastic sausages, rubbery eggs, soggy waffles. The cereal options were not kid friendly. Should be one kid friendly at least. Water should be free and easily accessible. Like come on, water fountains are not hard to install. There was no mattress protector on our bed and throughout the night we ended up sleeping on the mattress somehow, super nasty. It was stained. It was like the bedsheet was too small for the king size bed or somethibg. Found a sock that didnt belong to me. But you get what you paid for i guess. But just little changes could go a long way.

The staff were wonderful. The property is average, even though they did some low cost upgrades, the property still shows its age. Our room was nice, but the bathroom especially the shower tub area needs to be replaced, there was mold and mildew in the corners, the plastic shower wall had a big crack. Overall its an average hotel, you can tell that they are trying to make it better, we wouldn't be afraid to stay here again

The one thing that was a real turn off was there were so many noisy guests and kids running back and forth in the hall the whole time. And thoughtless guests who would go to their rooms at one or two in the morning slamming the door and talking on the way in. Everything else but for guardrails in place for that kind of racket, was good, and the staff were good and efficient

Very disappointed and not happy

First off they booked us into a room at the end of hall to find a broken light and door laying in the room on the floor. My health is not good ànd we had walk to front desk to the complain and they acted totally unaware. Next room was just three rooms from desk and we thought great but after my husband kept finding hair in too many times. We would have changed but i was exhausted and just want to rest. When we checked out i madè desk clerks awarè and left.

Typically this hotel has been a great choice but our past experience was not good as we were placed near the door and vending machines....very noisy....and the hotel was close to empty...next time, we'll relocate! Inaddition,someone was playing music all night..😳
