On se revoit lors du prochain festival.

Excellent séjour pour 4 jours durant le festival de Blues à proximité. Très bien recu et service impeccable. Petit déjeuner inclus. Seul bémol, dommage que mon rabais membre silver pour 20% de rabais sur la nourriture et la boisson ne soit valide pour une seule fois et non à chaque jours de réservation. Nourriture excellente, mais nous sommes aller ailleurs pour le reste du voyage après s'être fait dire non après le premier soir.

Greatly Disapppinted

I know this hotel was great in its day, but man, it has really deteriorated. Our room was SO smelly of mustiness and urine, it was startling when we opened the door. (and I knew they were sold out that night, so decided not to ask for another room...but we probably should have!) And I've never stayed in such a tiny room! It was pictured as a King and sofa bed, but was a small queen and an old sofa bed that had the mattress on upside down and no sheets or blankets...we had to go to front desk to ask for these items at bedtime as no one answered our voicemail left at front desk call. We had decided to stay here because of the outdoor pool for our grandson, but the tiles on this pool were coated in black mold. I was born and raised in Beresford area, and decided to stay at Danny's for partly nostalgic reasons, and our wedding reception was here 45 years ago and it was the place to be in those days, but oh my...would never stay here again, unless there is a more renovated and less damp and musty area. It was a very hot week and high humidity, and I ran our heat exchange on dehumidifier which helped a bit with the smell and dampness, but it was still pretty funky smelling and disappointing.

Pleasant experience. The reception preferred my driver's license over my passport upon check-in which I thought was weird perhaps they seldom get visitors from my home country. Big property, plenty of parking, long hours for pool (outdoor pool with barely any shades so we did not utilize it during the sunny day with heat advisory but we would have otherwise). Included breakfast is actually made to order (we were given 4 options to pick from) which was excellent. Good amenities, good AC, really soft towels and TP which showed they were going for quality. The hallway in the bldg had strong, sickening smell of paint (?) so I knocked off a star. You do need a car to get around. Overall a great value.
