The main bed cover did not cover the whole bed. There was hair on all 3 of the pillows and the sheets. It wasn't prepared for a guest. It was as if the person there before was returning because surely this room wasn't for a new guest😬😬Someone banged repeatedly on my door twice at 1 am. When I arrived, I noticed this area was a sketchy place, but still expected a clean room. Unfortunate.

The property felt organized and peaceful throughout the visit. The room was tidy with a simple and clean setup. Staff interactions were courteous and respectful. The stay turned out to be quite enjoyable.

The room smelled like cigarettes and my daughter is allergic to nicotine. There were dead bugs in the dresser drawer, cigarettes burns in the bedding and left over food in the fridge. One towel in a double room, no trash bags, remotes didn't work, and the tv and dvr system wouldn't come on even using buttons on the devices.

We didn’t even stay pass check in. As we checked in there were tons of signage which should have been first red flag. we went to our room walked in lightening was almost non existent two lights over beds as bright as a night light. Bathroom was gross pee Stains on toilet and floor. We did not stay. Still waiting for my refund to be approved with hotels.com as they can not get in contact with the property for approval.

The room shown to me as the last room they have available was dirty and not worth a penny. I waited in the car for over an hour after my check in time. I was in the car till 4pm. The Indian lady at the reception was rude and ready to fight telling me in a rude voice that the room is not ready. Oh well, I will never step into this vicinity again. Very dirty environment

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Toilet leaked water all over the floor, lights didn’t work in the bathroom, area was so sketchy, doors didn’t fully close…uhhhh yeah never staying at an Oyo again.
