Was ok, as it was so crowded during the Nyepi eve, Nyepi Day, avd the day after Nyepi. We certainly will be back!

It was such a beautiful hotel! The swim up bar and location was perfect!

The location was good, lots of shops around. Plenty of tattoo palour. Its about a ten minutes walk from the beach but they do provide a shuttle if you don't want to walk. Room is nice and clean, rooftop pool was awesome. Reception area was grand but the check-in area nned some improvement. The chair is old and worn abd very low. Not comfortable at all. But apart from that l thoroughly enjoy staying there. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton, with spacious and modern rooms that were comfortable and well presented. However, we felt the hotel lacked daily activities to keep guests engaged, which made the experience feel a bit limited compared to other resorts. The pricing was also quite high coffee at $9 AUD, cocktails around $20-25 AUD, and even bottled water at $10 AUD felt excessive. The kids club was more suited to younger children and appeared somewhat run down, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, while the property has its strengths, we feel that for the price point there are better value options available in Nusa Dua and Jimbaran.
