I stayed for 2 nights. When I checked in, the receptionist wrote down I am able to get breakfast for one morning. I had to ask for new pillows because there were some mold. When I checked out, they said I have to pay for breakfast because I originally didn't pay? Why would you mark it on my key card holder saying I can when you're going to charge me in the end? Pretty shady. Then it took a while to charge me for breakfast and my uber that I reserved ended up canceling on me so from a 27 euros uber now I have to pay over 100 euros. If you want reliability, do NOT come here unless you're not going to the airport. They said they don't know if they can get me a refund for the breakfast since it was their mistake. :)

We loved our stay in this charming modern property. The list of positives; room had AC as it was hot during our stay. Appreciated the daily small bottles of complimentary water! Shopping in delicious dinning were walking distance as well as the Sancucci park and castles. Public transportation was at the corner. The room was non smoking. The bed was comfortable. Daily breakfast was optional we chose to eat at the local restaurants. Desk staff was always so helpful a cordial. Shower water purified. Credit option at the bar or restaurant for not changing the linens everyday. Small inconvenience -The restaurant and bar did not stay open late. Thank you for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Striking Gold

Almost a secret hideaway as it's so close to Berlin which draws most visitors. The hotel is next door to the Sansoucci Palace and gardens and is easy to reach vie train and tram. The cobbled avenue that leads to the Dutch quarter is fabulous, filled with artisan shops and friendly restaurants. We struck gold picking this hotel and this location

One Night Stay

This lovely hotel provided a clean, comfortable overnight stay with excellent proximity to the sights of Potsdam. It was a bit of an uphill walk to Sanssouci Palace, but buses/taxis were available. Several interesting restaurants were nearby. We breakfasted at A Taste of Britain and it was worth the wait.

A nice hotel

The hotel location is great. A friendly receptionist. Unfortunately, parking is not available actually. The closest parking is a little strange. It does not calculate 24 hour parking, it calculates two days and total cost was too much. I reserved a room for three people and it was not prepared. There was a mistake or the management is not great.

The hotel is in a great location, though if coming by car, unloading/loading and parking could be difficult. The hotel’s lot was full, so we had to park at the lot nearby, which I cannot recommend. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff was very slow and disinterested. Many times no one on staff was at the Reception Desk. There were staff members walking around the hotel, but they were not at Reception and not assisting guests. Often there was a line of guests waiting for service at Reception. In addition there were elevator problems. One elevator never worked during our stay, so all guests appeared to be using the one available elevator or WALKING THE STAIRS.

Room 106 was affected by noise perhaps the dishwasher in the kitchen or a Washing machine - suggest avoid this room if you are looking for quiet. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Front desk said would be provided upon request. Don’t feel that for the money this should be ‘at request’... no chance of late check out even 30mins without an additional €10. Again, disappointing. Best thing is how close you are to Palace Park & city Fußgängerzone
