Terrific!

Our stay at the Ramada by Wyndham was lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. The Breakfast is delicious!

The hotel was ideal location for our stay snd close to everything we needed, the beds are rubbish and need replacing. Wooden bed frames sound like theyre about to break in two and mattresses are rubbish.

We were treated terribly hotels are busy with st Patrick's day weekend I HV stage 2 breast lumps. Shadow on my lung. We. We arrived I am in medicated cannabis I make sure all know. That's way I do it be honest all places tell you same thing. I put on footnotes my disability. I do not HV to express my personal health one this morning we go for smoke I do 4 hourly. Joints as prescribed. By private Dr I take medication due to my aggraphobia I'm white my , partners black we were out for smoke went to Chinese for takeaway , 10 mins in taxi. Got bk raised my room. Hotel policy I reported adjoining room smelling of smoke it's not good to my health someone placed sock over fire alarm. We reported st early evening. They did not care in ten minutes they raised our room my personal things we tried to explain calmly. We were judged. As Pakistani man was goading my partner to call police to say he's threatening as my partner did not play ball they had to call a taxi. All Belfast is unsettled as st Patrick's day is huge celebration he was looking rid us he lied three times. As he smelt wat my medicated I can prove. I get through my Dr as he said in his words on his camera be was tkn pics following us smoking in designated area he's security. It's not there jib to do that ask room number as my partners saying no taxi has arrived wen got bk hotel locked big hotel. We couldn't get in. Doors were locked lied lied nued again hotel policy I checked. Is do not enter y ?? Did they

This hotel is right next to several pedestrianized streets which is super awesome. You’re within walking distance to tens of restaurants and a mall. The rooms were nice and spacious and well kept.

A very comfortable stay

Room was very clean and comfortable. There were no towels when we arrived but they were brought quickly when we phoned. Someone entered our room with a key at 10pm , they went immediately they realised but I don’t know how it happened.Room though was very quiet and a good temperature.

Lovely stay, would 100% come back, very easy to get everywhere you need to go & staff were lovely and friendly. My only improvement would be the temperature of the room as there’s no air con & the window didn’t seem to open so it was very warm, however, I would stay again!
