City stay

We decided to stay in the city as it was nearer to the airport and we had an early flight. It wasn't the best for a good nights sleep as you could hear people talking in the corridors when they came back from a night out. The room was comfortable and the hotel was in easy walking to the city. There was a taxi phone in the lobby.

Clean room, beds were okay, bit soft though.Did the job for a night. Walls are very thin, next room was listening music very loud 2am. Receptionists weren't friendly at all.

Nice hotel with good size rooms and one of the best showers I've ever had in the entire UK. Loved the pubs nearby. Hotel was fairly walkable to most places but they have a cool little taxi system which made taking a ca very easy as well. Nice bar/restaurant on the main floor. Overall a good stay!!

The doors of the rooms at Ramada Inn slam shut, which was very disturbing. Housekeeping was spotty and not done well. There is not a cover on the commode, which is very unsanitary. When the toilet is flushed, plume from the waste is dispersed into the air and affects the bathroom walls and towels.

The hotel, bar, and our room were lovely. The staff was so helpful, even with questions that I had before we arrived. Unfortunately the room was very hot, possibly due to the above average temperatures outside, but without air conditioning there was no way to cool the room down. Unfortunately because our room was at street level, it was too noisy to leave the window open at night. I would still stay here again though for sure. Also, this has nothing to do with the hotel, but the Black Taxi Tour that picks up at this hotel was very biased and we did not get what I felt was a thorough education about the Troubles because the driver was so one-sided. Although it was convenient to be picked up at the hotel, I wish we would have picked a different black taxi tour.

OK, but

The hotel is in a good position, but the rooms have general areas could be cleaner. The windowsills are very dirty for example. At reception the staff are also rating in front of their customers, which is not very normal. The breakfast is good. Fine for a weekend

Ramada hotel

This hotel was close to town centre it was quiet so I had a great sleep every night .plenty of tea coffee milk I had no complaints I was there 3 night and asked so many questions about directions always answered with a smile also a free phone to taxi longest I waited was 1 minute incredible
