The front desk staff was super helpful upon arrival, helping us with our reservation. Despite being extremely busy, breakfast was fantastic on Sunday morning. The staff went above and beyond! Things were less smooth on holiday Monday. Several breakfast items ran out before 10 and we were told they weren’t being replaced. Due to the holiday we weren’t able to get a late checkout, which was also disappointing. We regularly stay at this hotel and overall do think it is the best option in Belleville.

Thank you for keeping it lovely, we stayed a week, and it was just a beautiful home away from home feel! The bed was so perfect, the shower was refreshing, the breakfast was absolutely perfect with changes to the menu daily! Our dog was happy to stay also!
