Very nice 2 night stay. The only thing that I was upset about is the water slides were not working. We were not advised until I asked. On their website it had mentioned the outdoor pool was under mainteneance but not the slides. This was one main reason I came here as my grandkids were coming snd looking forward to it. Other than this its a very nice hotel

Its a nice hotel. Biggest complaint would be that their isnt your own control for AC. Thankfully with balcony could leave sliding door open to let in breeze. Breakfast was ok - would have been better if bacon or sausage. All staff were nice, quiet hotel, clean and nice location.

Bathroom was in need of repairs. Wallpaper falling off, shelf in shower missing. A grab bar in the shower would be nice as there was nothing to hold on too. The curtains were difficult to close and open. But it was ok for one night

I appreciate the efforts made by staff. One of the best attributes is the waterfront view from the balcony . However the quailty of chairs and the lack of a table really takes away from the experience. I would alao suggest to vlean up all.the area around the tennis court because it too deminishs the the whole experience.

The walking path by the property that led to the park was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property could use some updating with regards to accessibility. Ramp to the lobby is very steep and gave our group some anxiety. The breakfast room is very tight for wheelchairs/walkers or other such aids.

This is a great hotel for the price. You are a short walk to the Bay of Quinte (5 min walk), and the beautiful Bay bridge. There are restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is free and easy. The only compliant I have is that the outdoor pool is not open
