Found the lobby very dirty and the whole property had a very unpleasant odor. Definetly would not stay at that property. Staff was nice, and understood our concerns. We left shortly after check-in

An old property - no elevator, but the staff were very helpful and friendly and it was clean. The dining area was shut down due to no staff, but they would cook something special if you asked them to and bring it to your room.

The front desk is not friendly. Upon entering the room stunk maybe the carpet and not enough towels (we booked for 4 person and only 2 towels available) hot tub is not working either. Also we saw a lot of staff not of them are friendly. Not impressed.

We had a small problem with fridge in the room. Front desk lady, sorry I didn't get her name, change our room without hesitation. Room was noce and clean. For sure we will stay there again. Higly recommended
