Room was clean, pretty view of the river, staff seemed to expect a tip for literally everything which was obnoxious to us just coming for an overnight stay; the hotel was beautiful inside and loved having a ton of options for food close by amd the central location of the hotel. I stayed as a hilton member and was a bit surprised when I asked for an hour later check out and was told no on the phone. My partner went to the front to explain I was not feeling well and just needed a little extra time, was still told no, and only when I texted hilton honors about how frustrated I was, did I get anywhere. I understand other guests are coming but they can't check in until 3 or 4 pm and I expected much more warm and understanding responses from such a nice hotel as well as the middle aged bellman being so rude when I didnt have cash at the moment for him, I also didn't need him to help us with 2 bags of luggage but I get it. Overall would give it another shot, could have been an off day for staff and it was a beautiful and clean hotel. I did not eat breakfast due to being sick and the ac in the room was fast acting and smelled clean.
