Staff and service was very good. But the building and room, facilities needs a lot of upgrades. Its a Hilton, but the building and rooms, carpet, bathroom felt like a 2 star hotel at best. The hotel has been around for a long time and needs an overall upgrade in every aspect.

Unfortunately the pool was not available due to a maintenance issue. Not really their fault but was disappointed because my daughter loves swimming and has been in this pool few times before, it's one reason we like to stay here

It was clean and quiet if in need of a serious update. The pools were closed due to maintenence and the elevator was broken. The staff were helpful and kind and the ride to the airport was right on time.
