The location of the hotel is ideal, with public transports nearby, connecting to all directions of the city. The staff were nice and friendly, they stored our luggage before we checked in so that we could explore the city. Very much appreciated!

Great location

Hotel was well located near check point charlie and 20 min walk to Alexanderplatz. Room was not made up properly when we arrived and reception gave us bedding and we to make it up ourselves!

Convenient location

The room was comfortable but not cleaned well. The carpet was dirty and stained and the bathroom, whilst we got clean towels daily, was not cleaned well if at all!! Th hotel was best for its location. Just a short walk from Checkpoint Charlie and the Concert Hall.

The property was easily located and offered a good location near many tourist areas. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping available as well. The facility is clean and the staff were very friendly.
