I am writing to provide detailed feedback regarding my recent stay at your property on October 31st - November 2nd. While the overall stay was functional, several key issues related to basic services and advertised amenities resulted in a disappointing experience that was not commensurate with the rate charged.
I encountered significant disruptions across three core areas:
Upon arrival, I attempted to utilize room service from Darcy’s Kitchen, as the information available suggested, only to be informed that this service is not offered at this location. This inconsistency between advertised services and availability is misleading.
The most disruptive issue was the non functional wi-fi service. Despite attempts to connect, the network would not load, rendering internet access impossible throughout my stay. This failure meant my personal devices, including my Fire Stick, could not be used, and I lost critical access to necessary work and personal communication.
The television remote explicitly featured a Netflix button, yet the service was unavailable. This, combined with the lack of working Wi-Fi, meant the in-room entertainment options were severely limited.
Basic room comfort was also compromised, leading to poor rest.
The room temperature was persistently hot, and the HVAC system did not adequately cool the space.
The bedding arrangement was irregular; the
Pillow cases contained folded sheets inside of them creating an uncomfortable and bulky surface.
