Location, staff and breakfast were great, no complaints. However the view from the room was terrible (literally the worst I've ever had). Sure, they can't all be stadium or street view, but the entire view (room 555) was looking straight out onto the side of a metal building just 5ft away. No natural light and no view at all. I did query this, and was told that "all family rooms are the same". So with that in mind, I cannot stay at this hotel again. A shame as the hotel itself was great. Parking was located just before the hotel (Gold Parking) and although it states the car park is £35 for 24hrs, if you use the iPad screen in the hotel reception to register your car before leaving, it'll charge you just £15 for 24hrs.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this amazing hotel. It’s a perfect location if you’re seeing Starlight Express or anything at Wembley! The staff are super friendly, the rooms are large, immaculate with everything you could want and the breakfast is delicious with so much choice. Me and my daughter feel really looked after and safe here. The view from our 7th floor window was one of Wembley itself. Thank you to all the Hilton team for another enjoyable stay.
