Parking was ridiculously tight on space for a family sized vehicle. Staff were courteous and polite even if they appeared to not know how to reset the fire alarm that went off at midnight.

Stayed on top floor, bad stale smell in room, mattress was very thin so you could feel the bed base which was also stained and creaked with the slightest movement. fire alarm went off at 1am, terrible shower. Hotel has not been maintained at all. Overall not worth the money at all.

Location brilliant, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but adequate. Breakfast was mediocre. Veggie sausages were the horrible mashed up veggie ones instead of Quorn or similar which was a shame. Not much choice overall, £16.50 was a lot to charge for what was available.

The hotel's strategic location provided easy access to Wembley stadium and the London designer outlet, along with numerous restaurants and bars. The spaciousness of the rooms, their cleanliness, and the availability of on-site parking were all commendable. However, the dated nature of the hotel could potentially benefit from an update. Overall, the stay was excellent, particularly for the location.
