Avoid.

Room was very tired. Hadn't been cleaned properly. Rubbish down side of bed. Grubby. Very rough worn and damaged furniture. The pot of shower gel soap had been opened already and partially used. Just arrogant to present a rood like this.

Great location for Wembley Stadium. Hotel is in need of renovation, but is a good example of 1970's Decor. Bar prices were good value compared in london. The restaurant food - I had Tika masala which was quiet disappointing and bland, the apple pie was just shop bought and over microwaved so all pastry was soggy. staff were all pleasant and helpful. Room was clean but very dated. Hotel is busy and should use some profits to renovate. for one night its ok.

Hmmmmm.

Wondered what we'd booked when we drove in. Front and car park incredibly scruffy, contrasted poorly with smart new build area. Friendly reception. Rooms and corridors very dated. Needs a refurb! Mattresses acceptable, but not comfortable. Clean, but well past it. Room was larger than most family rooms. Door to bathroom didn't open properly. We won't return.

Smell through the hotel bad drains especially bad in our bathroom , carpet felt sticky underfoot in places, had to pay for extra bedding for a child’s camp bed despite booking a family room and emailing in advance regarding extra bedding. Not enough cups or commodities on the hospitality tray for number of occupants.

An ok hotel ideally located

Close to OVO Arena, which is why I stayed there. Quiet room. Ventilation was poor so it was very warm at night. Linen & towels were spotless. Kettle & ironing in room. Furniture adequate but shabby. Bathroom clean but shabby. Hot water plentiful. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay but for the price I felt it wasn't a good standard in terms of furniture and maintenance. You're paying for the location really so if thats what you are looking for it fits the requirement. Staff were pleasant, professional and helpful.
