Hotel was ok. Nothing special. A bit tired. But all said and done ok for what we needed Staff seemed happy to help but quite un trained. Like a lot of businesses these days every effort made on the face of it but very little going on behind the scenes

I wish I could have been told about the check in time beforehand by email because of the room type, but that might have been my responsibility. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The staff were friendly and nice, so they were easy to talk to.

Great hotel , value for money We were there for starlight express and England v Portugal football match at Wembley Stadium. Both within minutes of the hotel, so a fab location for us Breakfast was also great value , cost us around £21 for 2 all you eat breakfast with plenty of choice
