The location for the hotel is great, right next to Wembley Stadium train station. We were staying to go to the OVO Staduim that was only a 5-10 min walk from the hotel, so for that reason it was great. The rooms are very basic and could do with a good dust. The staff were very welcoming and service in the bar and restaurant was good. The food was also very good. However one this we would warn, is that the rooms were very hot, radiators were on full when we arrive. We were able to turn these down and open a window. Also the water was extremely hot, not matter how much I turn the tap, the temperature remained the same. We only stayed for one night so this suited us. I would definitely use the bar and restaurant again and for s short stay I would use the hotel too.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel with nice staff. The pub under the hotel was excellent. Lovely food and didn’t hear the music too much late at night. It’s ideal for events at Wembley. I would definitely stay again.

Not worth the money at all. Wouldn’t call it a hotel, would call it a few rooms above the loudest pub/club/beer garden going. After I had booked I had seen some comments about to noisy it is. The noise was that loud my room was shaking, this wasn’t mentioned when booking. I have no problem with people having fun and enjoying themselves but knowing you have paying customers upstairs you should maybe have a look at the inconvenience and stress it can cause them especially since the noise and vibration and shaking of rooms goes on until the early hours of the morning. Room and whole place outdated and staff not the friendliest either. Wouldn’t recommend

Good cheap option

You get what you pay for. Its a cheap enough hotel near to Wembley stadium and arena plus surrounding attractions. The rooms are basic, the beds not great and they don't provide enough pillows. It can be noisy on weekends, but its not enough to stop you sleeping. In the bar the staff are attentive and service is good. Food in the bar/restaurant is good.

Save yourself the trouble, Book elsewhere.

Awful room, Shower head leaking out the side so no pressure, extractor fan was running water which dripped on the edge of the sink leaving the floor soaked Also you could hear it from the bed. Mattress was more rigid than a 14 year old watching there first blue film. No fridge so all liquids warm. The only positive was the heating! Even at a last resort i wouldn't recommend it.

it was close too 3 subway stations, it is in walking distance of london designer outlet, you can walk to TK Max as well as Primark plus there are many restaurants in the area. The hotel has a very good bar the food was good as well as the cocktails.

It was basic

The hotel was warm and basic. There are a lot of stairs and no lift so not good for anyone that struggles with stairs. The rooms were basic but could of been in better condition the wardrobe was once attached to the wall had been pulled off, the photo frames on the walls had sellotape on them the chair in the room had more stains than a pub carpet, the bathroom had hand wash but no shower gel or shampoo. We had the family room which was a decent size and bathroom was big. It doesn't tell you on hotels.com site but there is loud music until 2am! One of the pillows in our room was filthy so I asked for a new one.
