Not a great experience, expensive even for London

Not a great experience, I was processed in and out rather than checked in and out, parking was absolutely extortionate (even for London)!! I paid for 4 nights parking and was told on the Thursday that I couldn’t park there as they were fully booked, however, after a conversation with a member of staff they reluctantly let me in! Staff don’t seem to want to be there and generally a flat atmosphere, decided to order via Just Eat instead of ordering through restaurant as the first night the stir fry was so hot (flavour) it made my eyes water and I had heart burn for the entire day the next day! I won’t be back!

Best thing about the hotel are the staff. The only thing the hotel needs is a pool, If they can’t afford one, then a spa. Doesn’t have to be exquisite, just a sauna or steam room would suffice.

What a find. 1st time staying here but definitely not the last. So close to Wembley stadium/ Arena and troubadour. Friendly helpful staff. Room was just whst we needed but not sure about glass bathroom door,limited privacy when travelling with friends. Bar price reasonable for London. Buffet breakfast superb so much choice and plenty of it Highly recommended
