Staff are always amazing at this hotel. We have stayed here 3 times this year within a 6mth period & the first two times we stayed we had no issues at all. This time however wasn’t such a pleasure. Our room wasn’t very nice, got a tiny window to look out of and the rest of what should have been a window was blocked off this made the room really dark. The shampoo & hand wash was empty. Breakfast was cold & I asked staff for poached eggs which came out 15 minutes after I asked for them and they also were cold. I made a comment to the staff on at the time and they said it was because it had been out a while. Didn’t enjoy our stay this time at all.

Staff were courteous. Rooms were good size although bed was soft and the pillows were very soft. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Parking is expensive.

When we arrived our bathroom hadn't been cleaned. We were allocated an 'accessible' room - not that we'd specifically requested it and the bathroom had towels on the floor and was left uncleaned with the door open and the shower, toilet, sink clearly all used. We waited at reception to alert the staff when we headed out for our reservation - but they were busy and didn't acknowledge us, we didn't have time to wait. When we returned later we informed the reception staff and were told someone from housekeeping would come - there was no apology. Someone duly arrived about 10 minutes later with fresh towels - but did not clean the bathroom or apologise. Upon departure the next day were were asked about our stay.... I relayed our experience and I can honestly say the member of staff could not have cared less!! Disappointing as I've stayed here before and it was very good before

The hotel is a perfect location for Wembley Stadium. Although when there is an event at Wembley the price of a room is expensive. The was no parking available for my car at this hotel even though I had booked 2 rooms.

Parking was easy but expensive. Room was clean & comfortable but carpets outside rooms and lifts dirty. Noise from building works outside was annoying. Terrible view of building works & rubbish for an expensive 1 night stay.
