Compare Ski Hotels in Black Hawk

Our room was great upon check in, we rushed to get to our dinner reservation and didn’t realize the state of our room until our return. The bathroom shower had someone else’s bathroom products still in there; along with hair. There was a constant knocking in the walls in the bathroom. The bed was large but seems broken, you sunk into the middle of the mattress.

It’s kind of gone downhill a little. Room had some very noticeable repairs to previous damage that needed done. Housekeeping could definitely do a little better job cleaning as a surface cleaning in areas comes through.

Room was amazing! The view was beautiful! Staff was a little different but friendly. Will say make sure you like cold showers!!! Someone need to tell these people about on demand hot water heaters.

I still struggle with the damn elevator system. pain in the ass
