Nice Hotel with weird rules

Hotel and casino had some strange rules, you couldn't bring outside alcohol into the hotel without sneaking it in. Also, they do not believe in do not disturb signs and the cleaning staff can just come into your room whenever they want. Probably wont stay there again.

The food was sub par, I would have expected better made me wish I’d a gone for fast food. The Ruben was fat and greasy and the French dip tasted old. Got sick and it ruined the day

I stayed in the King suite and number one for $400 a night there was no microwave which is ridiculous as there is no where to eat around there at night time accept for the vending machine that has salads which don't fill you up anyway and they cost $10 for a small gas station salad and the lettuce was brown. There was no hair dryer and The coffee maker was not working it spit water everywhere. The shower was unsafe as the handicap bar to hold yourself up detached from the wall and I fell hitting my head and side when I told the hotel clerk she told me she was getting the manager and instead sent a security guard to talk to me to take a statement while he asked me what happened I explained and told him I had pictures and he asked me what I was really doing in there I was completely appauled by his accusations and have yet to hear from a manager about the situation. I wasn't even apologized to. I spent $2000 that night for service I could have gotten better at a $40 a night hotel. I sincerely hope you think twice before you waste your money here for below poor service. If your going to appear as a hotel like in Vegas then you should really take some lessons on how to treat your customers the way the hotels in Vegas do. My lawyer will be in touch soon with this hotel as I was hurt and not once was I treated like it mattered this hotel got their moneys worth and I got disrespected and hurt seems fair right?
