We had a small problem with fridge in the room. Front desk lady, sorry I didn't get her name, change our room without hesitation. Room was noce and clean. For sure we will stay there again. Higly recommended

Close to Waterton parks and buffalo head smashed in. Property was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom door didn’t work and I got stuck in the bathroom for a while but they upgraded us out of that room and the rest of the stay was very nice.
