I’d asked for a specific room type & when I got there, they didn’t have it available. They told me you had not specified two queens. They put me in what was likely the worst room in the hotel. I’ve stayed there many times & never had such a damaged, dirty room.

The room was very clean, but extremely cold when we arrived. The highest we could get the thermostat to go was 68, we’re from Arizona, so that was rough. The noise level was awful, when the running in the hallway finally commenced, someone decided to blast music in the patio by the pool during late night hours and we were not able to sleep until well into the early morning hours.

Furniture was replaced. Staff was kind. Food was good and breakfast area was clean. Nice touch with popcorn machine in lobby. Needed extra care with bedding changes and they were accomodating. Would stay again.

We had a good stay. For being a Marriott the rooms are a bit dated. Breakfast was good however $30 for parking is excessive.
