The hotel was exactly what we needed and as depicted. It's an older hotel that they have updated. It was affordable, convenient, and the staff was great. If we went to Disney just for a day we would stay there again.

As a solo traveller on business it was entirely adequate. The staff were always happy to help, the hot tub was always hot and the free coffee tasted great. There is free parking, the rooms are clean with a fridge and microwave and was very comfortable. I stayed for 6 nights and was very happy to return after a long day and just put my feet up and watch some tele. There are plenty of options for food within walking distance whether it is a supermarket, fast food or restaurants. If I was back in Anaheim I would definitely go back to The Brookhurst Plaza Inn.

Elevator located up 4-5 stairs not great when you have heavy luggage , rooms carpet smell bad, also can hear right through the ceiling to room above so noisy at night

I was really disappointed with my recent stay. The upgraded room I paid extra for was not available because it had been left trashed by the previous guest. The manager let me know and offered to put me in the same room but without one of the amenities — after a long day of travel, I was exhausted and just wanted to rest. They canceled my original reservation, and I had to rebook, which led to confusion with the pricing since my key cash was used during the process. On top of that, the room I was placed in faced the street and was extremely loud. I could hear every car and motorcycle going by, even with earplugs. Although the staff was friendly and the manager tried to make it right, the experience felt poorly handled and not worth the money. I wouldn’t choose this property again.
