It definitely looked different in the pictures. When my friend and I got into the room it was so damp & hard to breathe in. There were cigarette burns and the bathroom was dirty. We went to ask to switch rooms and the front desk lady was very apologetic & changed us to a different room. She was super nice & incredible. This room still had cigarette burns on the covers, bathroom handles but it was a bit cleaner and we didnt want to keep fighting. However when we turned on the AC cause it was stuffy, it STANK of Vinegar. we had to leave it on all day, leave & leave the window open & the room still stank of vinegar. We didn’t end up staying there that night we stayed over at a friends. The wifi didn’t work as well. There were cockroaches everywhere as well. Definitely would never stay here again.

This is like my second time maybe third time staying there is a really great location for the freeway nice staff they have great staffs very helpful I can't think of her name but she always has the Pretty Nails anyways she's a very nice lady she usually work the mornings I mean the whole staff is very nice they very helpful bad comfortable very quiet and I will recommend this hotel if you want to be close by any freeway which is the 22 to the 405 all that connects so you're pretty good location far as traveling very nice rooms clean smell good and I will always go here when I come to Westminster or Garden Grove area

When I arrived the 1st shift was very polite, but just when they switch 2nd shift need to have intimacy because they are very stressed for everything, I booked. Reservation for two but i was rushing to I forgot to write number 1, they doesn’t allow my friend to stay, then I understand the policy of no pets, but he is an ADA, a and only because probably nobody give them a morning wood he quick out my my friend and
