Excellent stay! They are flexible with car parking. We went to Disneyland for 2days but we booked a hotel stay for one night only. The next day they let us park there for another day! We like our stay with Hyatt Hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The lobby area is nice and the shuttle to Disneyland is really convenient. My only issues were with the room itself and I don’t recall having these issues the first time we stayed. The shower head was so loud while on, that it made showering pretty much unpleasant. The room has two queens and comes with four towels but only one towel hook. The under bed lighting with motion sensors… sounds like a good idea but it’s not. Every time I would move in bed, the light on the other bed would turn on. Waking up me and anyone in the bed next to me. For what we paid, it was fine but I think we will try somewhere else next time.

There was a large cockroach in the room. Hotel staff did not pick up the phone, then unimpressed. When I asked how they would make this right the response was ‘you can talk to housekeeping management if you want’.
