Checking in process was phenomenal with a really nice lady working there late at night. She gets five stars! However the room had random hairs in bathroom and on floors. The light switch was taped up. I ended up being grateful I had my flip flops with me as I wore them so I didn’t have to touch the floor. Definitely not the same quality as my Hyatt Regency stay in Bellevue, WA a few weeks ago.

The bathroom isn’t up to par for what you pay for. You could barely sit on the toilet cause the bathroom door is so close to the toilet. Plus the paint in the bathroom is all peeling off. Not great for the amount you pay for. Book somewhere else.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy parking. Shuttle drivers were entertaining. Hot chocolate while waiting in line was a nice touch. We didn't eat any breakfast there so no comment on that subject.

We stayed in a family room that had a king bed and a bunk bed. A dividing double door separated the two areas. It was nice and quiet. The mattress on the bunk bed was very hard according to my daughter who slept there. My husband and I endured a night in two “troughs” that were worn into both sides of the king bed. We were discussing in the morning how the Hyatt managers should actually TRY to lay down on the mattresses in their hotels. These mattresses need to be replaced asap. We stay at Hyatt often while in Orange County…this was the worst set of mattresses we’ve yet encountered on our stays. The rest of the hotel is nice, from valet parking to check in and coffee in the morning. Yep, those beds need some attention.
