We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and they provided a crib for our baby. The only thing missing was a jacuzzi in the pool area, but other than that it was a good stay.

Check in was easy and was surprised with a lot of complimentary items such as food credit and smores activity set for the kids. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants and stores. Room is clean and well kept. Kids loved the pickle ball court, basketball court and pool. Will definitely come back!

Zachary at the front when we checked in was AMAZING! He upgraded our room to a suite with bunk beds which made my daughters trip, he gave lots of great info about the shuttles, etc and he checked us in quickly. This hotel is great for the value and proximity to Disneyland. We definitely felt safe and there was a little game room, gift shop, Starbucks and two restaurants. We did not get a chance to check out the pool. As for cons, the hotel itself is slightly old, but not terrible and again great for the price. My only two complains were that we went to the restaurant to eat, stood there for 15 mins and no one helped us. Employees looked but didn't say hello or anything, just ignored us as we stood at the host stand. So we left and ate elsewhere. Additionally, in the room with the bunk beds, the top bunk has a huge vent directly over the person sleeping's face. I actually pushed the mattress as far over to the other side as I could and had my daughter switch her head to that side, although breathing hotel vent air in directly is not ideal for any child. Everything else was great, again great hotel for the price!

Room was filthy at arrival. Hair everywhere, floors hadn't been mopped, old rusty shower head. The staff was friendly but the rooms (even the "updated" models are not well maintained.

Clean room, comfortable beds, easy shuttle to Disneyland, great restaurant. A couple room repairs needed but otherwise wonderful all around.

We used the room just to sleep We got to the hotel early than expected, but the front desk let us check in early, so that was nice, even if we were not going to use the room that early, because we had plans to go out until 11Pm We just needed to get the keys so we wouldn’t have to after

Overall a good stay. The bed closest to the window, in our room, was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was lumpy in the middle, creating a divide… overall uncomfortable.
