Property and Lobby are outstanding, hotel looks very lux! Amenities are neglected. Gym is mediocre for offerings except for cardio. The pool is small and other sport offerings are in need of repair. Paying $10 a day for a microwave is silly at this quality of a hotel along with paid parking at $30 a day seems a bit over the top for Anaheim.

Our stay at Hyatt was great for the price! Our room was clean & comfortable. The hallway & elevator areas could use some freshening up however. The shuttle service to Disney worked out well for us, no problems getting on a shuttle. It was quick & easy.

Disney trip was great! They have a shuttle service right to the park. Price is great & there are so many restaurants & stores right across the street including Target! Just the best. Staff are so warm & personal.

They didn’t have a regular king room ready so they gave me a suite on the second floor (by meeting rooms etc) and the suite came with a huge living/mtg room and felt spooky for just 1 person stay. While I was grateful for the upgrade, the room looked outdated for the price. Location is a bit away from freeways too and the $35 for an uncovered self parking seemed expensive.
