My stay overall was good.It started off not so nicely.After requesting a bigger room so many days prior to the stay,we got a tiny corner room for four of us.The lady on front desk was asked by her colleague(a white man) to give us that room.we were utterly disappointed.Then we paid extra for a room upgrade.After that everything went smoothly.Im pretty sure the first guy racially profiled us and intervened in our check in process.Overall a very comfortable stay for 4 of us.

Every time we come to Disneyland we stay at the Hyatt. This is our 4th year in a row for my kids birthday. Love the service,the shuttle to Disneyland, Overall great stay every time. It’s clean, great customer service.

The hotel was great. We were offered a reasonable upgrade when we checked in. The staff was helpful and offered great customer service. The automated inquiry line was also helpful and quick to respond. The furniture inside the room could use some work or upgrade. We really liked the easy access to the lobby from the self-parking area.

It is a beautiful hotel. They were having an issue with the hot water in the Tower I was in the first night,but they gave me a discount and had it fixed by morning . They were very nice and offered to move me and kept me informed. The staff was Very good
