The fridge made a high pitched squeaking noise throughout the night which woke us up many times before our day at Disney. The shuttle service is unorganized, people almost fighting to get on the bus. Which doesn’t come when it’s supposed to. Also many hidden fees. Staff was friendly. Wouldn’t stay again.

The property was overall decent. The atmosphere inside the lobby was very pleasant. They had a decent size pool and great area to play tennis. The gym was nice. The rooms were small but clean. What I didn’t like was that the bottom of the doors aren’t not completely sealed when you close the doors so people in the hallways always sound very loud throughout the night and day time. I don’t like that the parking is kind of far from the hotel entrance. The parking lot structure needs work and homeless seem to roam around a lot that area. I don’t like that the bell hoppers are always rushing you and are sometimes rude when you don’t kindly deny their service. Overall this place only gets 3 stars. I would rather stay at the Embassy suites next door. The prices are pretty much the same only other difference is that they offer breakfast which you can’t beat that!

Great location for convention center & Disney

We chose this hotel for a convention we were attending near by. Clean room. Beds are OK. The hot water is questionable. Super hot or super cold. Location was great. Check in was easy. The bar service is slow but the menu is good. There’s a Starbucks on property that was convenient.
