We got bit bad by either bed bugs or flees. My family and I are all bit on backs, stomach , legs and feet. I addressed complaint to Manager, Manager gave me her business card she advised she would call back with findings of complaint.

Everything was perfect the room was spotless and the staff was great. The parking was a little bit much but overall a really nice place to stay at. The walk to Disney is about 38 minutes and they have a bus stop right out front of the hotel too if you want to use that as transportation to the park.

Easy check in, the lady was wonderful. Room and bathroom were clean! Bed was comfy and shower had good water pressure, it had a regular head and a shower hose.

My stay at the Delta was not enjoyable as the emergency fire alarm was set off on 10/23/25 (by steam from the shower which is what the hotel front desk told me in the morning) , this only happened to us on the 6th floor at 12:30am and we had to walk down 6th flights of stairs with my handicap elderly mother and when we made it downstairs, everyone was sitting in the lobby. There was no staff directing people or giving any information. There was no sign of an emergency. We only made it back up to our room after another guest said the fire department came and went. So we went back up the elevator and back to our room. It wasn’t handled properly with no direction or information from staff. The next day I inquired about the situation and shared our experience. The hotel did not offer any compensation , which I felt we all on thr 6th floor deserved a comp room. I only got an apology. Why can’t a fire alarm handle steam from a shower? Also, there parking is horrible if the lot is full in the front you have to drive all the way in the back to a dark parking lot and have a long walk to the hotel lobby.

Stayed here for the Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon weekend. Check in was easy and quick. I appreciated the hotel being a little distance from Harbor drive because it was super quiet. We've stayed at other hotels one block closer (near that famous ice cream shop) and couldn't sleep. Pool was big and clean but not too crowded. Rooms were pretty basic but large and seemed pretty clean. Overall a very pleasant stay for the price - would definitely stay again!
