Beds and pillows very comfortable! Nice up to date rooms. Walls a little thin but we brought our own fan to drown out noise! Close to restaurants, great wolf lodge, and convention center :)

Clean room and hotel. Felt safe at the hotel and like that they have a Starbucks. The only bad things I saw was the carpets on the floor and the room were a little run down. I thought 29 dollars a night for parking when you have to park in a big lot far away from the hotel and walk a long distance to the hotel is kind of high. If it’s a nice covered parking close to the hotel 29 is fine but in this case should be 10 dollars a night. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

we were unhappy with our experience due to lack of hospitality, shower continued to leak water outside of the tub, we used numerous towels and it still kept leaking, with the result of getting the floors completely wet. no mirrors and no microwave.

The staff was always available and helpful when we needed to know where places were and how to get there. The rooms were clean and the cleaning people were always helpful and gave us what we needed. The only thing I had a problem with was the bathroom sinks were to small.

Absolutely amazing, staff was wonderful, the cleaning ladies do a beautiful job, bar and restaurant was perfect. I can’t say enough about there staff they were just lovely and the building was very clean. As well as your close to many other restaurants and activities. Well worth my work adventure. I will return to this hotel with family.

Better entrance from the back parking lot. I had to ask a family that was staying in the same hotel if they would wait for me while I rushed to park my car because there was a guy that gave me a creepy/evil smile (this was at night time) as they were heading to the hotel. I didn't realize how we had to go to the side of the building then go through a side door that was by the pool. I was fortunate the family waited for me, i parked and ran to them so i was not a inconvenience. I thank them profusely because it was dark.
